Our Polymers Production Facilities
At our locations in Germany, Austria, and Italy, we process plastic waste from bales and flakes into polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene recyclates and composite materials. With an annual production capacity of 150,000 metric tons of plastic, our products differ not only in color and resin type, but also in their material properties for downstream applications. Through various fillers and additives, each compound receives its own specific characteristics—tailored perfectly to the plastic’s next life cycle.

Unlike in a linear economy, where products at the end of their lifecycle often undergo purely thermal recovery (incineration), the circular economy aims to return materials back into the production loop.
This means that processed plastic waste is reintroduced into the manufacturing cycle as recyclates, reducing the demand for fossil primary raw materials in specific target applications.
In this process, PreZero Polymers utilizes specialized mechanical recycling procedures to process selected plastic waste into recyclates tested according to internal quality standards as well as recognized industry norms.
This regranulate/recycled resin can subsequently be targeted for use in the production of new plastic products—tailored to the specific requirement profiles of the intended application.
In doing so, we support the closing of material loops, conserve fossil resources, and reduce the need for virgin plastics.
